Another Leg Day

Blogger just ate my write up of today. Boo hiss! Suffice it to say, I'm training legs twice a week for now, and I'm pretty sure my deadlift is already back up over 100 pounds. I'm waiting to hear back on how much the trap bar weighs. For my last set, I had 70 pounds on it for 8 reps.

I want to run hill repeats tomorrow, if I can catch a break between downpours.
