Do you think I can remember what I did this morning? I know it was upper body with an emphasis on chest and tri's. Followed by 20 minutes of intervals on the bike.
DB Chest Press: 25's X 8, 30's X 6, 30's X 5
DB Pullover: 35 X 8 X 3
Assisted Dips: 80 X 8, 70 X 6, 60 X 4
DB Flys: 15's X 8 X 3
One Arm Row: 35 X 8 X 3
Rope Pulldown: 70 X 8 X 3
Decline Abs with 8 pound medicine ball: 15, 15,
Then the bike. Just 'cuz.
I'm hoping to hike tomorrow, but it's supposed to be 39 and pouring. 39 and drizzle I can handle, especially under the trees. Pouring, not so much.
Sunday is run club, 5-10 miles with hills. I haven't done a 10 miler recently enough to feel good about just taking off and running 10 miles. 5-6, yes.

Snow! They didn't send out a notice that it was cancelled, but I went to the gym instead and did 12 minutes on the bike, 12 minutes on the rower, and 6 minutes on the treadmill.
