I supersetted bodyweight exercises with heavy lifts today:
1A)Deadlift: 121X8, 131X4, 131X5
1B)Squat Jumps: 8, 8, 8
2A)Stiff-legged deadlifts: 73X8, 83X8, 93X8
2B)Reverse Lunges: 8, 8, 8
3A)Hyperextensions: 8, 8, 8
3B)Single Leg Glute Bridge on Stability Ball: 8, 8, 8
I warmed up with X-Band walks again, but forgot to put them in as a finisher. Doh! They continue to amaze me with how they wake up the medial glutes!
