I love (hate) side planks with my feet elevated on a bench. I've got slightly noticeable DOMS all around from front planks and side planks. As I'm typing this, I realize I did the fronts "wrong". There are so many progressions and variations, it wasn't truly "wrong", but it wasn't what I was supposed to do yesterday. I should have had my feet up on the front ones too, but I had my elbows on the bench. Doh! Oh well. Next time.
The NROL4A workouts are taking me about 50 minutes, instead of 40. Well, B did. I haven't really timed A. The dynamic warmup is only about 5 minutes long so *ahem* to someone who said they wouldn't do them...it's only the first 5 minutes and you're done! ;)
Rest day today! Was going to go do some sprints, but woke up TIRED and SORE. Will do NROL4A "A" tomorrow, and a long run on Sunday.
